But this vision no one can fulfil without first setting in motion the power of faith, h ence the statement, "the just shall live by his faith." Luke 1:45 KJV And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. Believing is a principal tool in the Kingdom and in the affairs of God with men.  Before any deal can be enacted and implemented by God, He first checks the reins and the state of our hearts. Our hearts are the breeding grounds that leads to the implementation of those deals_whatever miracles we expect from God. A heart can either be fertile or infertile depending on what it holds.
